Belaruskaia Vyvedka: Citizens Will Be Banned From Leaving Belarus Within Six Months

A "permit" system will be introduced, as in the USSR.

Lukashenka listened to the results of the work of the "Special Group" before the Supreme People's Assembly, which was engaged in curbing migration from Belarus, the Belaruskaia Vyvedka. (“Belarusian Intelligence”) Telegram channel writes.

Their sources report that the conversation was nerve-wracking. Tertel reported that all instructions to limit the possibilities of obtaining Schengen visas for citizens were fulfilled promptly, and those leaving were put under control, crossing the border was as difficult as possible.

The Security Council, in turn, presented an analyst on the leakage of personnel, specialists in popular specialties and applicants/students. All previous measures (Psychological operations, hybrid attacks of migrants, provoking the closure of checkpoints, etc.) are recognized as successful but insufficient.

The leak continues unabated. Moreover, the "political" emigration was replaced by "economic" emigration. According to statistics, the main flow of people leaving the country is people under 40 (young people, families with children). Propaganda measures to call for return and the commission did not yield any results.

As a result, it was decided to increase pressure in all areas identified by the "special group" and move on to the tactics of even greater difficulty in obtaining visas and the process of crossing the border. It was decided to smoothly reduce the number of international buses within six months and further slow down the border crossing, making it undesirable.

Measures will be gradually introduced to restrict the departure of young specialists: university graduates and students of military age (it will be necessary to obtain the approval of the military registration and enlistment office).

Lukashenka demanded to act hybrid, without causing total discontent among citizens, but to do much more than has been achieved so far.

Our sources claim that all brutal measures (restrictions for conscripts, students, etc.) will not be introduced before the "elections". However, during this period, the "house" will adopt a number of laws that allow restricting the movement of citizens across the border for wider categories and a wider list of reasons.

In other words, before the "elections", they will slow down the border even more, make visas more difficult and curb the flow of migration of citizens and capital step by step. Immediately after the elections, several legislative acts should be put into effect, allowing, if necessary, to return to the total Soviet practices of the "permit" system for leaving the country, which will practically make leaving for the EU and other countries possible only with the permission of the Lukashenka regime.

“If you have plans to move to another country, then you have time left until February-March 2025,” sums up Belaruskaya Vysvedka.
